What to Expect
After the Audiologist has diagnosed you with a hearing loss and the ENT has signed a hearing aid medical clearance form, you will then be scheduled for a hearing aid evaluation. At this evaluation the audiologist will discuss in detail the implications of your particular hearing loss, what to expect from hearing aid(s), and what type of hearing aid(s) would be most appropriate for your hearing loss.
After you have selected your hearing aid(s) and signed a hearing aid contract, we will order the hearing aid(s) and schedule an appointment for a hearing aid fitting and dispensing. The fitting appointment will include, but not be limited to programming the hearing aid(s) to your specific hearing loss and preference, as well as an educational session covering:
The hearing aid contract will be completed at this time. Payment for devices and services rendered will be mandatory at the fitting/dispensing appointment.

Our office dispenses hearing aids from well-respected hearing device manufacturers including Starkey and Widex. Each person has specific needs determined by their hearing loss and preference. These manufacturers provide many different options.
